I first met Tony when I went to work with him on the railway above platform 9 at London Bridge in 1966. When getting to know each other we discussed our tastes in Music. Tony was a big fan of Frank Sinatra and I liked The Shadows. I was seventeen and Tony said when I got to 21 I would have forgotten The Shadows and we made a bet of £20 that this would or not be so. On my 21st birthday Tony paid me £20 and I still like The Shadows today. I even grew to like Frank Sinatra.
